It makes sense to rename <MotionBlur> to <Trail> and introduce a new <CameraMotionBlur> component. @marcusstenbeck has already started on it and I have also promised to pay an additional Hacktoberfest bounty for it.

@remotion-dev has funded $197.44 to this issue.
