Bookmarks with shell glob patterns fail — spawnShellCommand uses /bin/sh instead of user's shell
bookmarks should be sorted alphabetically
Should not ask to run previous command if a bookmark is specified from the CLI
Automattically runs command if `scriptpal bookmark [command]` is used
Last command storage is not working as expected
Add favourite/bookmark scripts to the top of the list
