No thumbnail image displayed for Commons filenames with .JPG (capitalized) extension #89

I think I have discovered that filenames ending in .JPG (capitalized) don't show file thumbnails in OpenRefine. My sample dataset does not include other capitalized file extensions (e.g. .PNG . TIFF - I think these are way less common on Wikimedia Commons) so I'm not sure if it's a general capitalization thing.

To reproduce:

Take data with varied Commons file names, including some with .JPG extension
Reconcile column with file names against Commons reconciliation service
Witness how the .JPG files don't display thumbnails, while the other files do

It would be great if - as part of the fix - also a new official version of this extension can be released (v0.1.1) so that the fix is immediately available for users. When previously doing the earlier release, I found this quite difficult (I am very unfamiliar with the process, basically don't know what I'm doing besides following step-by-step instructions to the letter) and I'll gladly hand over this task to someone more knowledgeable.
