reuse and improve fullscreen button code #1673

The pre-match and in-game fullcreen buttons should reuse code and also work without bumping into the error by using the F11 hotkey before clicking the button. Only difference between the two is that the in-game one lacks text underneath. Also note that the pre-match screen one acts better regarding updating icon state to contracted if the F11 hotkey was used.

The code for the pre-match one is in src/script.js, while the in-game one has the code in src/ui/interface.js, which is the more appropriate place for the final code.
