Snowballs aren't removed from inventory when sold #545

What is happening?

I made a shop and it has snowballs. One of the admins noticed that you could sell snowballs and they would not get removed from your inventory, making it possible to infinitely sell them.

What did you expect to happen?

Snowballs are removed from inventory.

Please provide a screenshot of the shop sign as well as test if this is an issue too on pure Spigot or Paper (as I can't give any guarantee for your fork not breaking it) and ideally with no other plugins (that aren't need to get ChestShop running)
