Current behavior

if a heading has some special chars, clicking on the corresponding link in the generated TOC will not jump. It happens nothing.

These special chars will cause this problem

/ 「 」 ： 、 （ ）

• ps: if / has spaces before and after, then it will cause the problem. like login / logout. But if / does not have spaces around, then it works fine. e.g. login/logout

These special chars will NOT cause this problem

( ) : [ ] - ·

Expected behavior

All the special chars in heading in all the languages should jump correctly.

• OS Version and name : macOS 10.14
