Using GitHub integration to use a private repo to sync notes. #2792
MiloTodt posted onGitHub
Github just made it so all free users have unlimited private repos. https://techcrunch.com/2019/01/07/github-free-users-now-get-unlimited-private-repositories/
As the target audience for this app is largely developers, they're likely to have an existing github account.
Utilizing a github private repo on the user's account may be a relatively painfree way to sync notes between devices.
This would also allow users to view their notes from a webbrowser as github renders markdown, allowing users to access their notes from devices such as tablets.
