`show-names` text color is inconsistent #4847

Please ensure:

• The bug is caused by Refined GitHub. It doesn't happen if I disable the extension.

Description

Notice how the regular names are gray (just like time) but not in review comments:

This is because color from .review-comment is overriding the color from .TimelineItem-body (P.S. .timeline-comment-header also uses gray color).
