Enable `clone-branch` on the default branch #4713

Please ensure:

• The bug is caused by Refined GitHub. It doesn't happen if I disable the extension.

Description

clone-branch looks for the trash icon to find the position so it doesn't work for the default branch. This would be a minor improvement but actually it's probably annoying to fix. I don’t think I've ever used the feature.
