`sync-pr-commit-title` stopped working #4662

Looks like convert-pr-to-draft-improvements is broken too! anything on the merge box is broken

I wanted to but couldn't find a good testing page (none of my repos have GH Actions set up). Maybe I'll open a PR on github-url-detection first, I think I have merging rights there :thinking:

You can create a repo with this workflow so you can push as much as you want:
