`linkify-labels-on-dashboard` is broken #4640

@kidonng I think your screen shot is incorrect. The feature made the following clickabe.

@yakov116 The "Recent activity" used to be on top of "All activities" and has labels in it which are also linkified by Refined GitHub. I've never actually noticed a label appearing in "All activity" so I thought about the case in the screenshot.

However I think if we can linkify the labels in the popup that would also be awesome.

But that has nothing to do with the dashboard. I think that would be a new feature request.

• Fix news feed linkification
• Drop references to Recent activity
• Update screenshot

I see that there was a screenshot in the first post and the removal of it confused me a bit at first. Sorry for the noise 😃
