`reactions-avatars` disappears for a second after reacting #4591

Hey,

When you are reacting to something, it displays who reacts, but when you react, it removes that temporarily. It's very annoying and I suggest that it always shows who reacted and then that updates on refresh.

More descriptive:

Go to a comment, with reactions, click the reactions and it'll remove who reacted temporarily. Make it so it stays when you react, and then it updates on refresh.
