Information: There's a public URL where GitHub Enterprise loading can be tested #4537

It's not a real GitHub Enterprise installation, but you can see Refined GitHub actually loading on a third-party site via https://github.com/fregante/webext-dynamic-content-scripts, it actually proxies GitHub.com:

You can see a few RGH features running on the page after I enable the domain, marked in red here:
