Milestone name is styled as red when it contains word: "changes" #4517

Sadly I was unable to find the feature that's causing this with the "Find feature..." feature but it is certainly doing of Refined GitHub as when I only disable this extension, the issue is fixed. I'm guessing it's probably some non-disableable CSS-only feature.
