While more-dropdown is open/activated:

You can't click nor middle-click tabs such as Code, Issues, reponame, github 'jump to', or anything else.

I get that it makes sense to have a click to dismiss, yet I'd expect to be able to click something on the other side of the screen.

Not a bug of Refined GitHub. That's how every dropdown works on the site, they're set up as modals. Try the "Watch" dropdown, the black header dropdown (top right), the comment context menu, etc. more-dropdown itself just extends the native dropdown that appears on small screens.

It's not a bug, it's a feature!

The Difference is that with watch, you usually complete the dialogue (pressing away as cancel, or selecting something to confirm), but with the three dots, you expand the options (extend your search for what you are looking for).

I'd argue that in that menu, it's still a desired minor fix.
