The new `a` shortcut in the Notification page doesn't work with the refreshed notifications after operating `Done` #4198

The recent select-all-notifications-shortcut on https://github.com/notifications is fantastic. But I encountered one instance where the a shortcut doesn't work.

Here are how to replicate the phenomenon:

1. (Prerequisite) You have many notifications to be shown in the page.
2. Press the a shortcut to check all the notifications and operate Done (either via Done button or the e shortcut).
3. After 2, the remaining notifications will be shown – for these, the a shortcut doesn't work.
