Conversation “moderation mode” #4162

This was in part suggested before but it was too difficult to implement and I think it was closed.

Deleting, hiding, reporting comments takes too many clicks, so I think that there’s should be a faster way to do that in some cases.

We can’t expose every option all the time but we could implement a temporary overlay on every comment where the dropdown is. This overlay would include one-click small buttons do the above, perhaps with a cancellable 5s timer so it can be undone. This mode would be entered/exited by clicking a “Moderate” button somewhere, or a shortcut.

Reporting comments as spam would be a breeze if a button would send a filled-in spam report to GitHub in a single click and also Hide it locally.
