Organize features by GitHub View/Feature #4064

Thanks for the great plugin!

My impression after having this plugin for a while is, "Wow this makes GitHub a lot better!" And, "Wow, there's a long list of preferences that I don't have time to sort through!" The search feature is nice for finding a specific thing. But scanning over the list feels daunting.

So my suggestion is to organize the features into categories with subheadings like "Issues", "Pull Requests", "Creating an Issue/Pull Request", "Repository Homepage", "Diff Viewer", "Header", "Markdown", "Links", yada yada.

It would help me conceptualize the features as I'm scrolling through the list since I can focus on one area of GitHub at a time.
