`hide-comments-faster` is completely broken #3867

0. Testing on Safari
1. On a comment you can edit (e.g. test comment below)
2. Try hiding it
3. Completely fails

I pushed a hotfix to disable the feature, so you can only see the bug when side-loading the feature now.
