`releases-tab` throws error if no releases present #2407

When looking at a repo with no previous releases like e.g. https://github.com/prisma/studio the releases-tab feature breaks:

❌ releases-tab
content.js:2838 TypeError: Cannot read property 'before' of null
    at releases_tab_init (content.js:3624)
    at async features_run (content.js:2833)

(Windows, Chrome Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit), extension version 19.9.4)

Or maybe it doesn't... strange could reproduce it before, now can't.
