Drop `delete-fork-button` feature #2281

With pr-branch-auto-delete #2186 we never get to see the joint "Delete branch + Delete fork" button so it makes little sense to leave it.

And for those who disable the feature... 🤷‍♂️ we shouldn't really have conflicting features that act on the same thing.
