Cleanup: there's some duplicate code in the linkifier #2263

libs/linkify-text-nodes.ts was extracted from features/linkify-urls-in-code.tsx in #1780 but its code was left behind, likely duplicate.

It'd be good to delete the duplicate code from linkify-urls-in-code.tsx
