measureSpring() helper function #221

It's hard to figure out the length of a spring() function. So I propose a measureSpring() function that calculates based on a spring configuration and the FPS how long it takes for the spring to settle. It can for now just recursively call the spring function, maybe improve the performance by adding a in-memory cache. Basic documentation is also required for claiming the bounty!
