Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no mouse action to scroll the map in a fast way

Describe the solution you'd like I wouls like to request: right mouse button to scroll map (button pressed)

I think the behavior you're after (scrolling while keeping button pressed) is available on the middle mouse button?
