I'm Pixel Art Girl and I come from Pixel Land, where all people have autism! I was send to earth to make Tiled more user friendly
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently you can only lock the full layout of all dockers. There is no way to lock only 1 docker.
Describe the solution you'd like Add a 'lock' icon to be able to lock invidual dockers. See krita for this feature: https://krita.org/
