Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when opening a huge project including many files because it often crashes. Example

Describe the solution you'd like Optimize the performance for huge project and reduce crashes.

Describe alternatives you've considered Split the full complete project into many small projects.

Perhaps it is not Tiled's issue.

I hope it's not Tiled's issue, but in case you ever narrow down the problem and it turns out to have something to with Tiled, please be sure to share more information. :-)

I guess it is because I place the project files in WSL2 because I need to build the project in it, and I will investigate it later. The project file is attached in the description for your interest.
