Describe the bug Insert polygon tool leaves graphical trail at low zooms

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Edit a map
Insert a polygon with save two points to create a line
Unselect that polygon
Zoom out to 12 or less percent on the map
Select the polygon in the objects window
Drag the edit polygon tool around the screen

Expected behavior No trail

Specifications:

OS: Windows 10
Tiled Version: 1.8.4

You don't even need to create a polygon to reproduce this, if you move the cursor around with that tool selected while zoomed out, it leaves a trail. The Insert Shape tools also leave a trail, but when zoomed out even further, such as 6%.

In other words, to reproduce:

Zoom out to 12% or further out
Select Insert Polygon or an Insert [Shape] tool
Move your cursor around the map.

Here, the bright blue trail is Insert Polygon, while the dark trails are Insert Rectangle IIRC: The zoom here is 6%.
