When tools are manually disabled by the user, they should be completely removed from the system prompt. However, they are currently still injected into a section labeled ``. **This causes LLM to attempt to invoke tools even though I've specified not to in the custom system prompt, preventing normal sessions from proceeding.** ### 📷 How to reproduce it? 1. Disable all or specific tools (e.g., Web Browsing, Calculator) in the agent settings. 2. Ask the LLM: "Show me your system prompt" or "What tools do you have available?". 3. Observe that the disabled tools are still listed in the `` block with a description saying they can be activated via `activateTools`. **Evidence:** ```xml Store and recall user preferences, activities, identities, and experiences across conversations Search the web for current information and crawl web pages to extract content. Supports multiple search engines, categories, and time ranges. Execute code, run commands, and manage files in a secure cloud environment Search uploaded documents and domain knowledge via semantic vector search — for persistent, reusable reference Create, manage, and orchestrate AI agents Create plans, manage todo lists with status tracking, and run background tasks Save and organize notes, reports, and drafts within the current topic — for temporary or session-scoped content Perform mathematical calculations, solve equations, and work with symbolic expressions ``` ### 🚦 What it should be? When a tool is disabled, all corresponding information (identifier, description, etc.) should be entirely omitted from the system prompt to ensure the LLM is unaware of its existence and does not attempt to call it. ### 📝 Additional Information This behavior is particularly problematic for LLMs that are "eager" to use tools.
