Set up a really nice logging and error reporting system (for now, at least for app-server-rs), such that it can gracefully handle errors in parts of the program (eg. live-query system), without those errors "being ignored/absorbed" [with emails when errors occur, probably through sentry -- though probably with buffering] #54
