[BUG] when i use companion 3.2 to add newblue titler, it is show me the status named:unknow disabled. but when i use 2.1.4 to add the same model, it work well. plz fix it i am trying to use this model. but i can't add it. likewise, 3.2.0 is suppored chinese well. but 2.1.4 is not at all. #2669
