Change the Lod Controller plugin's usage #5320

Now the lod-controller needs to configure properties of each part of the node, which is very complicated

After https://github.com/antvis/G6/issues/5319 be solved, we can make adjustments to the plugin:

• The lodLevels should be configured on the plugin instead of mapper
• Only one lod property needs to be configured on nodes.
