Describe the bug
canvas:dragstart事件会触发两次：MouseEvent和GraphEvent。
但是触发了一个类似antd select组件的hover，dragstart事件只会触发一次：MouseEvent。
想请教一下什么情况下会导致dragstart只触发一次，我看有没有方法处理一下。
btw，drag-canvas失效但是scroll-canvas正常
