新版tofront()在additem后失效 #5110

发现新版本设置了tofront 在additem新增节点后失效，4.6.12版本是可以的

1、 mouseover combo1，combo1会到combo2上面； 2、切换选择器到addNode模式，新增一个node，发现combo1又被combo2覆盖了

希望mouseover combo1后 combo1，combo2的层次关系保持不变
