坐标轴刻度值配合缩略轴异常 #6017

问题描述

G2 V5.0

1. 坐标轴刻度值过长，设置 rotate 同时开启缩略轴，刻度值会遮挡缩略轴，且拖动缩略轴时 rotate 被重置
2. 为了解决遮挡尝试配置刻度值缩略，但拖动缩略轴时 rotate 及缩略效果都失效了
3. 刻度值缩略后，hover 刻度值时没有 tootltip 展示完整的刻度值，G2 V4.0 是有这个功能的
