Steps to reproduce

Create chart and try to formal Label as HTML

Environment	Info
g2	4.0.15
System	-
Browser	-

I am trying to get full value of the genre label as a tooltip when value is too long (greater > 8)

I am trying to migrate from 3.5.17 to this version and lost the functionality... What to know the full value of label when there is truncation by hovering over the label..

4.x remove html label, you can try to use annotation().html instead.
