getData does not use filter from "element-sibling-filter-record" #3672

• I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Steps to reproduce

• Draw a rectangle to filter out some data on the right view
• the console log for both views still return the same amount.

Am I missing something, how can I access the filtered data from the RectMask? I want to keep this interaction but get a list of only the data from the right view to use in a completely different visualization.
