Steps to reproduce
When point and line are used at the same time, and their dependent Y-axis fields are consistent, starting scrobal again will cause scrobal to fail. Unable to scroll 在同时使用 point和line，并且其依赖Y轴字段一致时，再开启Scroball后，会导致Scroball失效。无法滚动
