Dots rendered on chart on hover and they stay always #3382

Steps to reproduce

If one hovers on the left-hand side of the chart, dots(broken dots) emerge on that part of the chart and they still stay even after moving out over that area. In my production environment(which is a bit different), I am getting dots on hover throughout the chart. By that I mean the dots stay even after hover and moving out of that area

For data, you can look into the data.json file of the above link(Codesandbox). In case any other information required please let me know.
