English Docs #2353

Hello @hustcc, could you please assign me this issue?I would like to contribute on this project.But I have seen that the official website has a switchable display between Chinese and English. Is there anything else I can do?您好，请问您能把这个问题分配给我吗？我想为这个项目做出贡献。但是我看到官方网站已经有了中英文切换显示，我还有什么可以做的吗？

目前虽然有了中英文切换显示，但是切换之后还是中文。现在提供了脚本去翻译，但是会有所误差，所以还需要人工校对。下面举个例子。

如果希望翻译 "开始使用"，可以输入如下的命令：

$ npx translate -d site/docs/manual/introduction/getting-started.zh.md

然后对生成的 getting-started.en.md 的内容进行校对，如果没有问题提 PR 即可。目前 site/docs/manual/ 下的文档都是需要翻译的，命令格式如下：

$ npx translate -d path
