Current Behavior

The installer skips over the path selection screen even if StreamFX had never been installed.

Expected Behavior

It should be possible to select where StreamFX should be installed if it had never been installed before.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. Remove all StreamFX installations.
2. Run the new Installer as Administrator
3. Select 'Static' as the installation type.
