Is there any way for the Upscale filter to work in Linux? #655

Explain the Feature/Enhancement

I'm guessing the answer is most likely "no" since at the moment it requires a windows-only SDK, but just thought I'd ask if it can or if it could in the future. I think that particular SDK does have a linux version but sadly it's not public right now. But we do have DLSS on Linux now so the capability might be there.

What makes this feature/enhancement useful for StreamFX and its users?

So linux users could use the nvidia upscale feature.
