Confirmed. The feature is not officially documented, and was always considered more experimental than experimental. There is a working branch somewhere, but you should not use this test in any production environment.

I can't seem to get this to work on any version of StreamFX up to at least 0.8.0 (lower versions won't get picked up by my current OBS Studio installation) :/

For whatever it's worth, this feature is working fine for me with StreamFX 10.0 on OBS 26.1 with Nvidia AR Kit version 0.5 installed. Installing the most recent version of AR kit 0.7 breaks it. If you don't mind using older software anyways, this is a potential workaround. Installing OBS 27 breaks this even with AR kit 0.5 installed.

Will be fixed with the refactoring of the code base.

StreamFX v0.11.0 Alpha 7 will contain this feature in full force again. You might have to get used to new options though, and a much more responsive tracking compared to before.
