SCR-0040: Migrate ScribbleCoreServices SDK to ScribbleFoundation #70

Objective:

Migrate the existing ScribbleCoreServices SDK to the new ScribbleFoundation framework to enhance functionality, improve performance, and streamline the integration with other ScribbleLab tools.<br><br>Background:<br>The ScribbleCoreServices SDK is currently built on an older architecture that does not fully leverage the capabilities of the newly developed ScribbleFoundation framework. Migrating to ScribbleFoundation will provide access to improved features, better performance optimizations, and a more cohesive development environment.
