I'm not an expert in color science, and I'd like to ask why the conversion results are different. Is it because Chrome is using its own variation of the calculation
It's been a while, but LAB / LCH use some magic constants that get updated from time to time, I'm not entirely sure why. It could be that Chrome is either using newer or older values than this library uses. It might also have to do with the color spaces that are used, which color-convert doesn't really have support for.
As far as color-convert is concerned, unless the constants are outdated, this is working more or less as intended because of that.
