Remove listenToBot from viewer in profit of using only events from worldView and pworld #112

That will make this completely independent from mineflayer This is dependent on adding the right data and event in pworld : tracked in https://github.com/PrismarineJS/mineflayer/issues/334#issuecomment-670987395
