Describe the problem

With the image version 2.1.1, whe I run the command docker exec -it dashy yarn build I get an error : "vue-cli-service: not found"

$ docker exec -it dashy yarn build

yarn run v1.22.15
$ vue-cli-service build
/bin/sh: vue-cli-service: not found
error Command failed with exit code 127.
info Visit https://yarnpkg.com/en/docs/cli/run for documentation about this command.

And when I roll back to the version 2.1.0, everything is fine.
