Right now left clicking an unit does nothing, unless having an usable ability selected and the clicked unit is a valid target, to fix that, ability usage could have a slightly changed behavior. The basic attack would be selected all the time and become usable when near a foe target, in the right spot and meeting all the requirements; if you click on an empty hexagon you would simply move towards that spot, but if you click on an unit, the basic attack would be performed if possible. Selecting an ability would show it's area of effect and range on the combat field. Clicking an ability twice won't deselect it, but rather confirm it when it's the case. The other two abilities besides the basic attack won't allow movement, just targeting. This way you can cycle through all your unused abilities, see their ranges, hotkeys and buttons could be pushed twice for buff self-confirm.
