Bot Keeps Getting Stuck On Startup #477

My bot wont stop getting stuck on the test your bot loading screen...
I dont know how to fix it.
The Bot Comes Online But Does Not Respond And Continues Loading, I Checked I It Was Internet Issue but The Bot stayed loading For The 30min I let It had To load
If anyone knows a way I would like the help
