There is no console in the Discord bot runner as it is used to run Discord bots, not for web development.

Scratch for discord is made to build bots that you can either run in-app or export. The console.log block would be used for exported bots. I think some sort of console or some way to see console.log putputs should be added if this gets added.

The block may disable the running, as you'll have to run in locally or in a coding platform.
