How do I make commands with arguments? #272

In other words, how do I create functions and classes with arguments? If this is not possible, then I would like it if you could implement this feature in the future.

For arguments, you have to click the cog icon on the block you want to edit (it has to be in a to block), and insert a block in the right.

Here's an example of a "to block":
